Tangela is the Founder and President/CEO of Trinity Strategic Consulting, Inc. She has over 22 years of business experience which include senior executive coaching, human resource management and consulting experience, with emphasis in strategic planning, small business systems, organizational improvement, change leadership, staffing and positive employee practices.  During the course of her career, she has worked in banking/finance, commercial real estate, retail, government, security services, non-profit and the technology industries. 

She currently has a management consulting practice that specializes in accelerated business performance, business strategy and revenue growth. She brings this broad based experience of business and human resource services to the federal and private sector.

Tangela has an extensive background in public speaking, strategic business initiatives, conducting employee-training programs, on topics such as management skills, leadership, team building, enterprise-wide system, interviewing and selection, plus employee business acumen. As an Executive, Tangela often coaches CEOs, Executives and key employees, successfully aiding them in managing their businesses, careers and work/life balance. Her background also includes overall responsibility for staffing and organizational effectiveness at the senior levels of the companies. Tangela currently assists client companies with their strategic business and human resources needs, serving as an external consultant and advisor, which allow her to bring current behind-the-scenes information about strategy and human capital efficiency.

Tangela completed her MBA at the University of Phoenix. She has her Bachelors in Human Resources Management from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. She currently serves as Chairman of the Board for Carolinas Care Partnership, President of the Board of Directors for Trinity Strategic Consulting, Inc., and former Board Secretary for Unique Caring Network. She also serves on the Board of Advisors for Mitchell Community College and has served as a faculty member for the University of Phoenix and Mitchell Community College. Tangela has been published in the Mecklenburg Times, Charlotte Business Journal, Charlotte Woman Magazine, and The Black Pages and interviewed by various other newspapers and publications. She recently published the eBook, “If I Knew Then What I Know Now, An Entrepreneur’s Guide for Avoiding Costly and Dumb Business Mistakes.”
